    Kinland I is established in 2011, comprising 19 preschool properties acquired from Norlandia.

  • 2012

    Kinland II is established in 2012 consisting of 23 preschool properties.

  • 2014

    Kinland III is established in 2014 consisting of 45 preschool properties leased to Espira.

  • 2015

    Kinland IV is established in 2015 consisting of 25 preschool properties. Pioneer Property Group ASA acquires Kinland I – IV.

  • 2016 - 2018

    Kinland V is established (2016). A total of 60 properties acquired, including the group’s first Swedish and Finnish units as well as the group’s first care service properties.

  • 2019

    Kinland V acquires 1 Finnish preschool property. Pioneer Property Group ASA sells 90% of Kinland AS to a consortium of institutional investors managed by PATRIZIA Infrastructure (previously Whitehelm Capital).

  • 2020

    Kinland II acquires a total of 10 preschool properties in Norway, Finland and Sweden leased to Norlandia and Verkanappulat. Kinland IV acquires 12 Norwegian preschool properties leased to Gnist. Kinland V acquires 17 preschool properties across Finland, Poland and the Netherlands leased to Norlandia.

  • 2021

    Kinland II acquires a total of 8 preschool properties in Norway and Finland leased to Norlandia, Verkanappulat and Pilke. Kinland III acquires 2 Norwegian preschool properties leased to Espira. Kinland IV acquires 5 preschool properties leased to Barnehagenett and Ulna as well as 1 public office building. Kinland V acquires a total of 34 preschool and care properties across Finland as well as 2 preschool properties in Poland.

  • 2022

    Kinland II acquires 1 Swedish care property leased to Frösunda. Kinland IV acquires 1 Norwegian preschool property leased to Barnehagenett. Kinland V acquires a total of 49 preschool and care properties across Finland.

  • 2023

    Kinland II acquires 14 preschool properties across Norway, Sweden and Finland. Kinland VI is established, and the group acquires a total of 37 preschool and care properties across Finland.
