4. YOUR RIGHTS
You have rights in relation to personal data relating to you. The rights you have will depend on the circumstances.

Requesting access: You have a right to ask whether or not we are using or storing your personal data and you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we have registered about you, provided that this is not prohibited due to our duty of confidentiality. In order to ensure that personal data is disclosed to the correct person, we may require requests for access to be made in writing or for your identity to be otherwise verified.

We will, to the extent possible, accommodate any request to delete personal data but we cannot do so if there are material grounds not to delete, for example that we are required to store the information for documentation purposes.

Data portability: In some cases, you may be entitled to request that the personal data you have provided to us be disclosed to you in a machine-readable format.

In certain cases where this is technically possible, you may request that the data be transferred directly to another company.

Complaints to the supervisory authority: If you disagree with the way in which we process your personal data, you may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

5. SECURITY
We have established procedures to manage personal data in a secure manner. These measures are of both a technical and an organisational nature. We regularly audit security in all central systems used for the processing of personal data and agreements have been entered into that require the suppliers of such systems to ensure satisfactory information security.

Access to personal data is restricted to employees who require access in order to perform their work duties. We have adopted internal IT regulations and we regularly provide training for employees on security and the use of IT systems.
